This is a Proposed student PPP hostel development designed to meet the requirements of a defined target market, comprising students who desire comfortable and affordable hostel apartments in Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) in the Aiyetoro Campus.

Arijigi Cottage Industries Limited (ACI) is proposing the development of a 300 bed ultra-modern hostel with all amenities essential for modern day living, it is located in Olabisi Onabanjo University, Aiyetoro Campus, Ogun State. The proposed hostel will provide the following:

A suitable environment for the students to live in as well as study
A private and quiet place where students can live in close proximity and share certain facilities
Opportunities for informal academic and social interchange
Proper security
24-hour electricity
Proper water facilities
