The Information Memorandum for Hotel Apartments was used generally in syndicate financing the project to define the work and to detail its financing. It showed the objectives, risks and terms of the investment involved with a private placement.
The Calathea is a proposed Residential Apartment being developed by Grenadines Homes. The Calathea is a modern, 15 storey luxury block of residential apartments located in the prestigious Victoria Island extension overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The tower is made up of 15 floors consisting of 120 units of 2 bed apartments with maids’ room. In all the building houses 112 2-bedroom luxury apartments, with matching modern facilities to meet the design of the building, such as vertical transportation, ballroom, swimming pool, lounges, 24 hour security, video-entry-phone and retail spaces. The Calathea is a project conceived and modeled to take advantage of existing opportunities within the real estate sector in the medium to upper class in the Lagos Real Estate Market.
Brickstone was contracted to:
- Recommend appropriate transaction modalities and structuring executing and fund raising for the project.
- Develop a Comprehensive Financial Model to communicate the financial viability of the project to investors.
- Develop an Information Memorandum that would communicate succinctly the value proposition of the project to investors.
- The Calathea now known as Oceanna is currently under construction.
