A Proposed Hotel Development which is been sponsored by an Ibadan based family. This involved the conversion of an old housing estate into Long Stay Hotel Resort. The hotel aims to attract business travelers visiting Ibadan, Oyo State.

The development which is situated within the Bodija/ Agodi axis of Ibadan city.

The project is managed and developed by Top-in-class personnel both from Nigeria and Overseas. The development of industries and commercial centres would make the Zone a destination for domestic and foreign investors.

Action Taken

Brickstone was contracted to:

Market survey of the Ibadan city hospitality market for data collection narrowed down to contemporaries and neighbourhood competitors’ data.
Recommend appropriate transaction modalities and structuring and executing fund raising for the project.
Develop a Comprehensive Financial Model to communicate the financial viability of the project to investors.
Develop an Information Memorandum and Business Plan that would communicate succinctly the value proposition of the project to investors
Introduction of client to high networth individuals and potential investors.
