A Proposed Hotel Development which is been sponsored by Investas Partners, a UK based investment company. The hotel aims to attract business travelers and visiting Top-level managers. The development which is situated within the Yaba/UNILAG axis of Lagos Mainland.

The project is managed and developed by Top-in-class personnel both from Nigeria and Overseas. The development of industries and commercial centres would make the Zone a destination for domestic and foreign investors.

Market survey of the Lagos State hospitality market for data collection narrowed down to contemporaries and neighbourhood competitors’ data.
Recommend appropriate transaction modalities and structuring and executing fund raising for the project.
Develop a Comprehensive Financial Model to communicate the financial viability of the project to investors.
Develop an Information Memorandum and Business Plan that would communicate succinctly the value proposition of the project to bond investors
Introduction of client to high networth individuals and potential investors.
