Rockwell Student Hostel Development: Project Description
The design of the Rockwell Hostels (a student hostel development) was to meet the requirements of a defined target market, that also comprises students who desire comfortable and affordable hostel apartments. In addition, it is a student housing project for discerning students whose parents/guardian want affordable and decent accommodation for their wards .
Furthermore, the project which was a 120 room student hostel development was through a construction funding company based in Lagos. Also, the hostel was designed to provide the best utilities and recreational facilities for the best comfort of the students
