The strategy of Land Afrique Ltd is to build a pan-African property development and ownership business. Its main expertise is in developing integrated communities such as Agbara Industrial Estate Development in Nigeria. Land Afrique strategy is to provide these necessary infrastructures upon which businesses can thrive and then through Joint Ventures with 3rd Party Developers provide the necessary housing for such developments.
Commercial properties are built and used solely for business purposes. There are three main types of commercial properties: retail, office and industrial.
