Brickstone InfraLAB is an infrastructure venture studio dedicated to launching new project sponsor companies in swift succession. We conceptualize the initial idea for each infrastructure startup, rigorously validate it, and proceed with development alongside a core team. Once the new project sponsor company is established and actively managing one or two portfolio projects, we transition it to a new team to continue its growth.
The venture studio business model has evolved significantly over recent years, demonstrating success across various industries and regions; however, it remains largely unexplored within the infrastructure ecosystem.

The type of Projects we VENTURE BUILD typically meet the following objectives
Projects that are characterized by a high degree of revenues predictability under a (partial or full) Contracted Revenue Arrangement with a creditworthy counterparty 
Projects which deliver under a fixed construction price and schedule with a Building (or EPC) Contractor with clear strategies for Optimal Operations during Post-Construction 
Projects that intend to independently with strong Governance Systems operate in an environmentally sustainable manner from development stage to post-construction phaseWe have a crafted “catalyst based” venture building program that enables projects to speed up the infrastructure development cycle. They de-risk their project much further to make it bankable . They also implement practices that allow them to scale their processes while managing the other responsibilities they have as a founder.
