At Brickstone we committed to your privacy & security and using this secure portal is part of that.

Brickstone One Portal allow you to communicate with us ( beyond emails and calls), securely upload and download files and check the progress of your Project.

Below are the various ways in which you can access the portal

2-USING WEBPAGE ACCESS

A. Login using the Link and password setup

Once you have received the login details just go ahead and set up your email and password and you will be unboarded to the portal page

B. Login using the Magic Login

As a Brickstone Portal user you will see an option to use Magic Link on your custom login page

2-Click this link, and you'll be asked to enter your email address.

3-Once entered, you will instantly receive an email with a button to log in.

4- Check your will something liek this.

3-USING MOBILE APP

A- Android mobile device or tablet

For an Android mobile device or tablet, once you have these preconditions in place an Install this app button will show on your Custom Login page when you visit your Custom URL. See the screenshot below.

If you are using the Chrome browser you may need to scroll down to load the button. All that is needed after this is for you to click Install this app from your mobile device or tablet and the PWA will automatically install like any other mobile app. IMPORTANT: Once you have the App installed on your device, the Install this App button will disappear. Be sure to view your URL on a device that does not yet have it installed during testing.

B- Using Apple Devices

There are a few more steps involved for an Apple mobile device or tablet, but it’s still easy!

1- Use the SAFARI browser on your Apple iOS device and navigate to your URL. For this example, we are going to this URL: https://portal.brickstone.africa/

2-Look at the bottom of the browser for the toolbar and touch the SHARE button.

3-Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

4- Type in a new name if you wish ( or leave as is) and click Add.
